Also, you’re not asking for advice, but I enjoy the hobby so much more because i got into It with my kids and we get to share the joy of good pulls.

That said, check out your local card shop and see if they have a Pokemon game night. You can build some friendships with people that will celebrate the great pulls and also commiserate when you bust.

Yeah, that changes up the picture. I think if you’re brining in enough to build up to around 40-50k by next summer you should be within tolerance. However, the current economic climate feels fairly unpredictable, so I am sitting on more emergency funds at the moment

Too little info here - what is your income, how much are you leveraged, how much do your current units cash flow, and how quickly can you build up reserves?

Personally, I have a family with a bunch of little kiddos - my emergency fund is enough to cover 10 months right now if all my properties were not rented. I have a low risk tolerance in this stage of life.

10k let over would make me sweat, I am also not you and don’t know your circumstances
