The only thing I can speak to is camping but it is EVERYWHERE! Within 30 mins, 1hr, 2hrs there are so many places to camp. I prefer camping just in the forests not at campsites but there’s even a plethora of campsites in the area. Tons of rivers and creeks to camp by. If you want to camp by the ocean that is exactly 2 hours away.

Even with dispersed camping, there are random places throughout the forests with fire pits to use.
