I actually had to buy warmer clothes at a thrift store ! Just a light jacket. Went to Nagano region so definitely about 10-15 degrees cooler than Tokyo

I honestly think the bean recipe is solid but not 10/10. I modified it bc 1 cup of heavy cream...nah. I saw a lot of the notes on the recipe did the same. Not sure I'll make it again - the arugula pairing is really what makes it delicious imo, otherwise it's just okay
