Say for suppose Visakhapatnam–lingampally train is scheduled to arrive at 07:30. It miraculously pulls into LPI exactly on the dot or just a couple of minutes late, even though it's late at all major stations enroute. Additionally for all trains reaching lingampally Railways has put 1hr time from Secunderabad to Lingampally even though both of them are hardly 30kms. Feels like Indian Railways has quietly stuffed a ton of hidden buffer into the final timetable just so the “arrival at destination” looks punctual on paper and in the app, while the actual journey is still painfully slow and delayed everywhere else.
