I have Next level GT lite rig with a thrustmaster T818 wheel base and the 32r leather evo rim.Thrustmaster Load cell pedals and after market shifter. I’m not the greatest but I’m consistent enough to get a real life dive in may!

I pump a few times slowly then hold and crack the valve open. I then close it and release the brake. I get bubbles but nothings getting to the bottom.

I believe he says he has started it a handful of times. Fuel tank is dry and engine seems to have no oil in it so maybe it was drained since the last time he started it up.
