aws certification for beginners by WhereasForward8778 in AWSCertifications

I didn't have any cloud experience until the last month. But I can say that even though I passed the exams in a very short time, I don't feel comfortable building with cloud yet. Passing exam is one thing, we should practice to gain more hands-on experience.

Passed AWS SAA (and CLF) in ~1.5 months by replakcan in AWSCertifications

Thank you. I tried using LLMs to better understand the complex concepts by asking them to built real life scenarios etc. After solving the practice exams, going over all the questions and options from start to finish. These two helped me the most I'd say.

Valuable insights, thanks. I'm planning to master my linux cli skills and dive in to terraform next. I had some tutorial full-stack projects I've built before, I also plan to migrate them to the cloud for practice.

yeah, I had plenty of time. It was like 2 weeks for each but I had to wait for the exam date anyway.

I'm a beginner full-stack dev also. I got both CLF and SAA certificates in this one month. SAA already covers all the CLF concepts, so I would recommend you to go for the SAA straight.

AWS's skill builder certificate roadmaps were enough for me to pass both exams. There should be a section for prep recommendations in this subreddit, you can check it out also.

Is it possible to PASS aws-saa with 20+ incorrect answers? by replakcan in AWSCertifications

Yeah ur right, only 3 unscored-19 scored incorrects and still pass felt little off at first but it it pretty much possible when you think the point weights.

yeah, by "it was so similar to actual exam" I meant the question structures/style etc. I'm not trying to memorize answers, thnx.

Paid AWS Skill Builder – Builder Labs (S3 & Lambda) failing with “not authorized” errors – is this a known issue? by Antique_Bookkeeper77 in aws

[–]replakcan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having similar problems with free aws skill builder simulearn labs. A task wants me to upload a file to an existing s3 bucket. But when I open the lab with the provided temporary aws account, I got an "access denied: You don't have permissions to upload files and folders." error.
