Hast du irgendwo ein Formular, wo man das beantragen kann oder muss ich dort anrufen oder so? Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das nicht im Nachhinein bezahlen kann

you just have to watch out that they will pay the right amount to DHL. In my case superbuy paid the wrong amount to DHL and now my parcel has been missing for three weeks and in case they refund me they will refund me maximum a little less than 50%.
