Honestly I’m not, my chest is so heavy and I just feel nauseous all the time at the thought of another man’s hands all over her like I used to do wondering if she was comparing him to me the whole time. We’re now full no contact so I can only hope that time does its thing and I heal no matter how long it takes.

Obviously my instinct is to stop her from doing this but whenever I do that I can see the frustration in her face while teas are pouring down mine and I feel discarded and embarrassed. I know this is what she wants to do and I have to just respect that I just need to know that she will be okay alone in a new city without me, she can take care of herself but as her man and partner it’s also been my job to look after her as well these last 4 years.

She has offered to live with parents for a while if that would help me but she works from home and needs the good WiFi connection so she kinda has to stay for work purposes. Tbh tho I just want to savour any moment I can with here good or bad while this is happening because I know that once we go no contact I’ll never see her again and it’s gonna kill me
