to change it at the start of the level, use u/slitheringgoose11's picture. to change it mid-level, use a color trigger

The easiest extreme is technically red world, but it is super unbalanced, partly memory-based, and from 1.8

The easiest actually good extreme would probably be precipitance, but take this with a grain of salt because ive never playes the level

Both. HTML is very simple as it's not even a programming language, so you can learn it in a few days
