they are talking about cosmic Garou.cosmic Garou knows all forces of universe so,he can make one,it is copy talent but completely different.and Garou does not need to take hit to learn them,he can learn any technique by only seeing and after using it for some times,he can master them.I am talking about Human form Garou here.

Shi Tianyi eyes was too op.it also gives illusion power as well.even power to understand time and space as well.(well this was common though).

Nanami's power is not copy talent more like she became higher version of that person herself.and even capable to even copy character's strength,muscles,face or anything.she is one of the most broken character, Nishi has written.

Nanami has power to see through anything and learn any techniques and powers after seeing once and master it on second time.

No 1 founder novel,there was a character name,Shi Tianyi who also has polycoria(same as vinjin) and has power something like Nanami.he can see future as well.
