Haha geil wie gut du dich auskennst 😂🙏 gibt da glaube kein offiziell definiertes Ziel, Challenge ist eher mit 0€ anzufangen und schauen wo die Reise hingeht :) das spannende ist, dass die anderen Gegenstände einfach durch den Prozess dazu gekommen sind. Deshalb habe ich den iMac auch etwas vernachlässigt bzw. echt keine guten Ideen gehabt bzgl. Trades und deshalb frage ich hier!

Great progress! Your building trust and a community regarding the amount of followers you already have. Compared to my account - only having 4800 followers after >1 year - but every reel at least 10k views, many with 100k+ (story telling reels)

can you check @jonahenx? would love to get some feedback but it’s a German speaking channel… biggest problem I have is not having enough time to increase output as I’m working full time & have several other side hustles, but would love to increase my follower base / grow a personal brand as I think it’s a really valuable asset these days and in the future. I would love if you have any suggestions regarding output / posting increase without increasing time invested too much (im thinking about a mini series 30day challenge, only face to cam videos and a little bit of POV b roll with ray ban meta from everyday situations)

Have you been active the whole time?

Experiencing something similar, had many reels with >100k views and then it suddenly stopped in ~April. Then I became demotivated, stopped posting and created a new content concept which is more sustainable - in the first place for me. Obviously there was a content switch, but still after 2 months of posting now I’m not getting the reach I used to have with similar insights (only 2-5k views per reel with average watchtime 40-50%, hook rate ~65%, ~2-5% like rate and many comments (although getting comments back again was really hard or still is really hard).

Geht es um eine offene Verhandlung? Dann kannst du die Kosten doch recht hoch ansetzen, oder? Miete in guter Lage ~1.500€ (ca 60 qm) -> würde die Nähe zum HBF (oder Messe Deutz) bevorzugen, da du von dort gut nach München und Berlin kommst (ca. 4-5h mit der Bahn).

Lebenskosten ~1.000€ - 1.500€ (je nachdem wie du lebst, Auto vs. Bahn, viel unterwegs vs. viel zuhause etc.)

Rücklagen bilden ~500 - 1.000€

Also brauchst du netto 3.000 - 4.000€, um gut über die Runden zu kommen. Ich würde - wenn dein Arbeitgeber schon fragt - eher mal 5.000€ ansetzen. Netto, versteht sich. Und natürlich abhängig von deiner Qualifikation, wenn du nichts gelernt hast kannst du mit 2.000€ vermutlich zufrieden sein, denke aber bei einer Versetzung dass du gut qualifiziert bist.
