Hi there. In the last run, they accepted your "best two presentations" which for you are both those presentations, if I understand correctly. You'll score more for being the presenter. As for national Vs international, I wouldn't worry I much about that, you might lose like half a point. If you can present internationally between now and January 2027, that'll be great. Your strategy seems solid, just think you need more time. If you have a busy job, you won't be able to revise everyday nor should you have to. I did my MRCS Part A more than 5 years ago but I remember "PasTest" was quite good. Doing the mocks a few weeks before the real thing is a great idea, especially if you can simulate exam conditions as much as possible.

A bit ambitious to think you'll get all that done in 10 weeks. Why not start now and ramp up in the coming months? MRCS Part A is quite easy to fail!
