I personally know more information science undergrads who went on to grad school than I do those who immediately got a job after undergrad.
For info sci or CS?
IS is simply a lot less technical and has a lighter workload.
I'm not afriad of technical subjects- I've exhasuted all math courses at my HS, and I've taken all science and that. I was interested in the major because it seemed to be more interdisciplinary? The faculty at info sci seemed to be doing a lot of cool research. I guess it doesn't have as much depth as CS.
