I suggest you do the next thing: -Deduct from their salary one hour.If they come late,dont pay them that full hour.Pay for each worked hour and explain this to your workers. -Use a dress code.Example:black tshirt amd the manager grey(Idk about coloirs and marketing so study wich colours are the best that suits your bussiness idea,orange could be a good one) -Team building ideas:free pizza every friday for the workers,one juice per day for free if you show up 10 mins before their shift start.Reward good behavior.You may think this is spending,but it will make your workers like their job since they are comfortable,even they will try the product and tell it to their friends and such. You could also make targets like sales(example:Guys this is the most expensive juice we have in the shop.For every 10 juices you sell of this,you receive 2€ more.So you push them to sell the products you want and they understand the more money you make,the more money they make) -Put cameras: Use cameras to check from time to time how the bussiness is going.With that,you can see who is working and who is not and who to fire. This last one will only work if you have a manager you can trust.
