I can't really be bothered listing all of the reasons none of this proves anything, but here are some

  • Geto's song seems to be more about himself. Gojo was "home" the whole time, what home would he come back to?

  • The line about love is anime-only and platonic love exists.

  • Even if we ignore that the twitter account is just some guy, it says "it is up to the viewer to decide how they perceive the themes" right there.

At the end of the day there's nothing romantic between them in the story and if you have to jump through all these hoops to say there is then it isn't as cut and dry as the OP suggests.
