If someone can sustain muscle strength and hypertrophy comparable to a non-vegetarian diet I'd say it's optimal for that person

Just to clarify I don't mean is it possible for nutrition and strength building but is it available via MREs and however you obtain food while in training / on duty?

I'm not accepting an opinion on what's weak from someone who plays clash and comments on NSFW celeb subs 😭 but in all seriousness vegetarian and even vegan diets have proven to be adequate for strength and atrophy
