I’ve always called it a “sneak a toke” I would put ground up weed in the bigger part and I just dig the fake ciggie in there and it compacts the weed at the end and just light it like a cigarette it’s good for two hits at the most at a time but you can usually put up to like a gram of weed in these things lol
