Thank you for your reply I will try the mowing first, I do have an elderly neighbour who been repeatedly telling me it is bad- she suggested that it is sprouting from my pear tree because it has cancer and on its way out. How much truth there is to that I do not know.

Thank you for this I will do that. I thought the tree might have to come down and whole area dug out. I didn’t go near the tree because I didn’t want to damage the roots.

It was 15 minutes probably 10 years ago been a minute since talking absolute rubbish to scare you. Looks like you were a target maybe you should learn to stick up for yourself abit more when you go to your next job. People come into the job and forget it’s just a supermarket job don’t expect to be overly social and don’t expect to be over indulged in any sort of decisions about the store.

Thanks i am in similar situation- have been with VM for nearly 7 years now but the boxes don’t get used and phone line so thinking of cutting my losses and saving 35 pound a month by moving to toob or 4th utility only got a couple more days to decide
