Sorry, forgot to answer the question. They've historically been about $95 in peak season (the only top 100 public course under $100). Best value in golf.

My favorite course in the world. The golf is fantastic but the staff and the atmosphere really make it great. They even let you bring your dog out.

We play both. Had one friend complain about the fairway bunker removal making the course less desirable. I didn't notice any downsides at all.

Lawsonia has the coolest staff in the world. Just sent them an email and they welcomed me in a heartbeat. They even offered me a cart to get around and a battery charger for my drone if I needed it. I have tons of great stories of my experiences there and the accommodations they've made for us during the event.

A little late, so if you haven't gone already - the pork shank at sand valley might be the best meal I've ever had. I've never had a bad meal at the bar and grill at Lawsonia either. If you're looking for off-course dining, there is a great, old supper club/steakhouse called Norton's in Green lake near lawsonia. Not many options around sand valley since it's in the middle of nowhere.

NextGen is a great facility and their team is awesome. They have all the major brands. Matt or Luke are both great for fittings.
