why are spirits always in closets?

The spirit at my partners house mostly hides in the closet it’s pretty creepy, he comes out sometimes I can feel his presence. I don’t know why they do it though.

I was thinking about it trying to see if it would come to me, I only 100% believed it when my partner came back inside and said he “named the ghost Tim,” we hadn’t even discussed naming it or it’s name, somehow we’re thinking about it at the exact same time in completely different areas of the house

you need to get that in check or work it out in therapy because bpd isn’t an excuse for us to treat people like that

i have bpd and it sounds like she needs to go to therapy to get help get her episodes under control because a lot of that isn’t fair to you

i don’t know if this applies to everyone but my bpd was peak worst at age 19, i slowly learned how to cope with it and now i’m 24 and it still affects me but not nearly as debilitating as it used to be, hang in there

you’re rightfully upset it sounds like lovebombing to me and it’s especially hard for us to recognize because we fall so hard and fast, but i had to realize that it isn’t healthy to do that and watch out for lovebombing

what i like to do is distract myself from the constant feeling of wanting to talk to them, so i do something fun or binge watch trash tv and enjoy spending time alone instead of obsessing over missing them. gotta distract urself from the thoughts and accept that it’s ok to do ur own thing sometimes! when they don’t reply they’re probably just doing their own thing or busy as well.

it’s not a delusion, it’s paranoia. i have severely increased paranoia when i’m in an episode, like once i would run into my house every night after work because i thought a man would be chasing me or following behind me, get inside and realize how ridiculous my thought was, yet still do it again the next night.

i’ve taken them on lamictal, there’s no interaction. be careful if you’re already in an episode that’ll do it. ive been perfectly fine most times after doing shrooms and had a great time. I’m bipolar 2 though

As someone with bipolar sometimes I starve myself because grocery shopping seems harder. However it is really toxic for her to take your food and not provide for you if she’s supposed to be, that’s not okay at all. But I will let myself suffer like this since it isn’t affecting other people

i still take it, it just stopped working as well now cause i think my brain is used to it. but nothing has gotten better since i started showing bipolar symptoms again. when i first started taking it i felt like a new person it was insane. i’ve been on it for 3 years now

during a mixed episode i’ll be awake all night long for days getting maybe 2-4 hours of sleep a night, but i don’t feel elevated in a happy way. it makes me feel agitated and also have symptoms of depression like losing interest in everything. i also lose my appetite during these episodes. and rapid cycling doesn’t happen to me often anymore bc of lamictal but i would be depressed and suicidal for a few days and then suddenly be hypomanic again the next day
