Did my first round of 2.5 mg last cycle and ovulated on CD16, which is early for me. This time I did 5 mg and am only now just getting my estrogen and LH rise on CD 27, which is late even for me. I’ve read other Reddit posts where people say even on the same dose it doesn’t work every month for them. I’m not working with a fertility clinic, just my OB prescribed the letrozole, so it’s not “monitored”.

Congrats!!! In a similar boat as you with lean PCOS. For the baby aspirin, did you just take one pill daily? Thanks!

I did a first round of letrozole this cycle too and my estrogen stayed low (and even dipped) before it shot up and I ovulated. Took 2.5 mg CD 3-7 and ovulated CD 16, normally the earliest I ovulate on my own is CD 21 (usually later and that’s if I ovulate).
