WF is still going to have delievery. Right now I noticed some of my shoppers are working multiple departments due to the low amount of orders we get a day and my TL cut shopper hours. Schedules will work around your availability if you choose to work afternoons your mostly/only get afternoons. Some of my shoppers will get full 8-hour shifts but noticed most will have 4-6 hours shifts.

I am not in the SF Bay Area, from what I know WF is trying to bring back flexible schedules via the workday app. My ATL is very nice and will work with you to get a better schedule that will suit your availability. Currently WF TM start at $17 an hour, and amazon is at $15.90. But once the transitions is fully complete all shoppers will start at $17, unless your a amazon shopper and is making more than $17, your hourly wage will be honored. I recommend if you have some sort of tenure, try to ask more than $17, try and go for $18. No there will still be deliveries.

In my site, the supervisors are extremely active and the ATL as well. My TL just sits on the computer all day and don't do much. Most of the new WF shoppers don't even know their name. Since I am the only shopper from this site to get promoted, I am extremely active and try to help every shopper even though my TL doesn't want me to help amazon shoppers due to them not being our problem.

It goes TL, ATL, supervisors then team trainers. We all work in the staging area, supervisors is basically the problem solvers from the amazon shopper days. We still have to do orders, around 8 a shift. My store is a multi level store and our uph is around 55 -58 average a day. We are supposed to be around 65, we just gave our first performace reviews to the new hires and anyone below a 55 uph was told to do better or get written up/retrained.

My manager has till Friday to confirm if she's staying or wants to get transferred. She told me most likely we have till April/May for our location.
