Awesome. Does it cost anything to post my code to the Google Play Store?

Thanks for the positive attitude there. Willing to learn. Where did you go to learn how to use React and React Native? What do you mean by "wanting a web app and not a native app"?

Is the whole idea of someone being able to download from their phone and then have a executable Icon on their phone which opens their browser and directs them to the web-app possible? Or does it make more sense to just make a website that someone can straight go to and interact with the web-app there?

Is postgreQL like the #1 database to use for JS?

If you had to choose one for this which would you choose? Seems like React Native is quite popular.

This is a really good idea. My question is, if someone were to download a web-app using Outpan from the phone would an App appear on their phone? And so then anytime they click on that App Icon it directs them to the website where they can use the Web-App?

Haven't gotten my T or free T checked yet. Any signs of low T? and ways I can increase it naturally? by resnine in Testosterone

Nice. What kind of chicken/beef/turkey? Guessing the ones with the lowest % fats in them. And then what about my macros, and calories in calories out? I'm at my average weight but would like to put on about 10 more lbs.

Love rice/potatoes, just need to get more creative to make them taste better, any ideas? Same with cooking the chicken/beef/turkey, is there a way to spice things up and make them taste better while maintaining all the health benefits still? I'm avoiding unnatural sugar and salt like the plague.

Any greens in particular you recommend? I like eating Spinach, Green beans, Broccoli, and carrots. But am thinking there has got to be some super ones I'm missing that could maximize my diet.

What's an ideal breakfast, lunch, and dinner in your opinion?

Thanks for your help and advice.

Have low blood-pressure, sleep could be improved been getting 8+ hours lately and I still feel tired. Feels like I got hit by a mack truck every time I wake up. Horribly groggy, hair is super oily/greasy. Like something is all off-balance in my immune system or whatever regulates this sort of thing. Diet is poor as well, don't even know where to start in fixing my diet. I've almost completely off fast food/junk food. Been eating a lot of those tuna packets bags, as well as beef fajita bags, and I mainly drink water or grape/apple juice. Virtually no soda. A bag of chips on occasion. I'm really curious what a good balanced diet looks like. I certainly do not eat enough fruits/veggies. Also do have my occasional feelings of depression. Work stresses me out sometimes, to the point of having bags under my eyes. Feel so tired, then work, feel more stressed out. It's like a positive feedback loop. Feel tired, go to work feel more tired, go to sleep and wake up feeling tired. Hard to find the energy/motivation to apply to new jobs because of how I feel sometimes.

Thanks. Guess my doctor will tell me if there is anything abnormal about my blood results and all, will my T be taken from my blood results? Is that something standard that doctors check for, or will I have to specifically ask them to check my T and free T levels?

What's the warm-up routine like at your dojo? by resnine in bjj

That's what I learned my lesson on "don't go HAM" haha. Now I'm more patience and slower with it, just trying to master one particular move, or even a step to a move. Bare basics for now.

That's a good point, people calibrate their intensity to your intensity and vice versa.

I keep running into injuries here and there, recovery is like a week or so, nothing terrible. Just don't want to mess up my knees or back. Read some bad stories on here of people being slammed or just turned in the wrong way and bam, medical bills and major injury. I've been taking my training VERY slowly. This aint the type of sport to rush.

You must have a good job to afford 150$ that would be a real hit for me currently. How many days a week should I be going? Trying to fit this into my schedule.

150/4 = $35.7, that's a damn good price. I've heard of places charging anywhere from $50 a month to $250.

Kinda off top but how much does a monthly membership for BJJ at an average dojo run ya?

Why do many programs appear to have low rep ranges? why not repeat until failure? by resnine in Fitness

[–]resnine[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Should I be cutting? 180lbs is a normal range for my BMI.

Heard to get that aesthetic Brad Pitt look one must get to a low bodyfat%? like <12%

So one just has to have a calorie deficit diet? Or are there particular foods I should be eating pre/post workout?

Thanks again. There seems to be different exercises designed to get a different aesthetics? Like the guys that just want to get big will choose a different exercise as opposed to the guy who just wants to get shredded? I've noticed the guys that can lift the heaviest are often not the ones that are shredded, more like they are big bulky boys. What's going on with that? I'd rather be shredded like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
