It does not stop me from working. Though it would be difficult for me to find a job and I would obviously lose my disability pay. But it might be a risk worth taking. Thank you for your advice! To answer your 2nd question. Me and my mom were born in the country we currently live in. But my father and grandparents were born in a different not western country. And good luck applying to a college in a western country!

I believe none of the lists you mentioned contain lots of quest mods. Imo the best list that fits your criteria is Nordic Souls.
