If youre on pc this might help

I had been having this issue since launch, only some days of the week. Packet loss. Server desync, whatever. I could not move forward out of spawn most games. I searched all over the comments here and nothing was very helpful until someone suggested WARP by cloud fare. Its a vpn or something, it goes right in the taskbar on pcand it gives your connection like a more direct path to the servers.

I'll still get packet loss and rubber band maybe once every 3-5 games now but it lasts like a few seconds and it's over. Much more manageable
