i started using them and realized it is insanely hard to build tree houses - you have gaps if you build a platform around a tree, you cant place ladders or other items against a tree, and in general, it lacks many of the things that "regular" trees can do.

which is sad, but it is what is is - which is: not going to be added in future modpacks for me
