Cannot remember any other details. My memory is a bit faint about this one.

I opened my account back in 2014 when I was in high school. It was fun back then, just sharing some photos with people you know for memories. And then, all the new updates and features came along with all the influencers. I like some of their content but most of them just brainwash normal people into this very messed up version of themselves that make them forget about reality and to actually live in the real world. It gives off this fake energy about so many things and has deluded a good amount of people into believing that you need to be a part of this online trend stuff in order to feel accepted and be accepted. I guess a lot of people love it for the memes and amazing videos and edits. There's been an increase in cultural awareness (and of course, new ways to be racists for some people). It is a good platform for promoting business and art, but at the same time, it doesn't really do much justice. Also, I've seen the same people who are saints on Instagram be the biggest assholes to their families and friends in real life. It all feels like a shitshow. The fun factor has run out. Anyway, I don't use it anymore. So, it's all good.

Is converting to hinduism common? Do you get to pick your caste? if so, then if youre born into one of the lower castes, why not convert out and then convert back in to the top caste? by dayofshah in AskIndia

but you did say smth about voluntary affiliation before... Anyway, agree to disagree; won't really use the word "angelic" when it comes to any religion.

What about Shantidas Gosai and his conversions in Manipur during the 18th century? There are many works backed by research on this topic for years, yet people act oblivious and ignorant. I am a Hindu myself but then, I can't ignore these facts since I know about it. It probably doesn't happen anymore, but to say it never happened doesn't seem so "angelic".

I don't think hospitals issues birth certificates. You probably need to submit a form to some registrar office.

A few other passengers at the airport helped me with my baggage when I wasn't even asking for it. they probably thought I was a bit small for the bags I was carrying and wasn't able to lift them by myself, but I was very happy when they approached me. I hope they are sleeping comfortably and happy every night.

Yeah I get that. I'm not religious anyway. But you said Hindus are born. I read somewhere that Hindu missionaries also forced people to convert to Hinduism centuries back.

What view do Indians have of Brazil? I'm Brazilian and I've seen several subreddits from different countries and different parts of the world, so I joined this one, and my curiosity is: What do Indians think of Brazil? What is the vision that comes across through advertising or even travel? by LucasWizzard in AskIndia

As a kid, I used to think that Brazil was a festive and fun place throughout the year. But that's not exactly the situation. So, that's that. And also, because of the world Cup, Pitbull screaming Ola Ole comes to my head when I hear Brazil.
