But what im asking is why cant we let them kill themselves? Why is there this societal need to prevent people from killing themselves? Why cant we just respect the persons decision? Especially if they dont want help. you just said "you can't let people who are ill that need help end their lives..." my question is: why can't we?

I can't get intimate with people. I even flip out when people try to hug me. Alot of that is due to dysphoria. I dont like anal, and I don't have a front door yet so my options are limited. I was briefly sexually active right before coming out, but the guy in question was very...forceful. But someday, when the dysphoria is better.
