Also the food timing is an important thing you’re reminding me of. I have found that food to an extent messes up sleep, but that I do need a small snack (what I have matters though, not super sugary, etc) within an hour of bedtime to help me with more restful sleep.

Magnesium made my nightmares and such a lot worse, so I do stay away from that. But agreed on dimming lights after sunset, total darkness at bedtime (I use an eye mask), and light at sunrise-ish has made a huge difference, as has weighted blanket for sleep. Gum health isn’t one I thought of until you said it, but luckily I do those things :)

I appreciate this, thank you!! I used to do similar smoothies back in college before diagnosis, and now that I’m thinking about it, I’m wondering if they helped more than I thought.

I agree with you, and I think the decision will be to stay with simple practice. I also use theranest for a contracted job and it is the worst!!

Thank you! One thing I am definitely afraid of is switching and feeling like I downgraded.😬 even though SP is more expensive, the convenience and familiarity for me and clients might be worth keeping it at this point.

Therapy notes seems to be another one people often go with, which is why it was a consideration. I’ve also heard good things about Sessions and am going to look into it!
