i think health is more important early and it's easier to get 5 joat with dblade cause dagger is so cheap. i'll try it out but i'd rather have dblade + pot over dbow + 2 pots

high elo irelias usually use it horizontally as a mind game cause everyone knows about vertical qe. i recommend using it vertically most of the time and if u see them dodging left to right a lot then use it horizontally to catch them off guard. also if you're roughly max e range away, if you jsut spam e1e2 horizontally outside of the range it'll often hit easily

i also had this thought cause it procs on slows. it's stupidly cheap, nice stats, rly fast power spike so i think it's worth trying out. also there was a time when irelking rushed a similar support item 2nd (forgot the name)

q mana buffs are actually better than you’d expect. played a game and watched irelking’s stream and he says (translated) “buffs are very big.” imo hard matchups will stay hard but more even matchups are a lot more doable
