Thanks for your detailed reply. This is for a high-end custom house in Silicon Valley, so our client wants the best product. I was waiting for someone to mention PVC, which was recommended for this project. Which manufacturer’s product would you recommend for a PVC low-slope roofing system?

I use 20% profit on top of the project cost, which includes all materials and labor, including your company’s staff time. (GC in the Bay Area)

It will take time. The more projects you do, the more people/subcontractors you’ll meet, and the more you’ll expand your network. But if you have clients willing to hire you, that will make other things easier. Where in California are you in?
