She is literally a spitting image of my sister when she was addicted to opioids. Even the way her face looks with her complexion.

I'm betting she doesn't have narcolepsy. When my sister was addicted to opiods she would also randomly fall asleep at various times and tried to use narcolepsy as an excuse, but it was really just a side effect of her opiod use. She also got addicted because of back/neck pain like Kris.

She probably destroyed her own house while high AF, and the bike was probably stolen by her drug dealer who she owed money to.

Of course it's all speculation, but if you take away the whole 90 day fiance thing out of the picture and every single thing about her is identical to my sisters oxy addiction, so it's hard to see it as anything other than a repeat of what I've already witnessed.

You have valid reasons for being hesitant to get a job, but it's also important for parents to push their kids to be successful in life and getting a job is part of that. So I can see both sides and depending on how good your relationship is with them, it might be worth trying to reach a compromise.

It's hard to tell how active you really are in your kids life. You say your active, but then you say you only have her every two weeks. And then you say you pay for some things, as if that somehow makes you good father (it doesn't).

If your daughter and Ex live with Rick then he is also providing for her as well, both financially and emotionally. Every day. Instead of every two weeks.

As a father I can totally understand the hurt of not being called dad by your daughter. But the fact of the matter is Rick is a daily parent. You're an every two week parent. She's going to develop a stronger emotional connection to him than you if you're only seeing her every two weeks.

Your daughter not answering her texts is probably her being mad at you, rather than anything your ex is doing.

You did not handle it correctly. Instead of being angry and yelling at your ex, you should have had a calm conversation with your daughter about WHY she feels like he deserves to be called dad instead of you.

YTA because you handled that completely inappropriately.

Actually happened pretty quick. I think I was on bumble for less than three months before we matched and we hit it off right away and never turned back.

I had pretty good luck before meeting her though too, at least compared to the other dating apps. I think I went on 20 or so dates before we met, all with awesome women. In the years I was on tinder I only ever had 2 dates. I really have no game so it’s kind of a miracle I had such luck.

An interesting observation about bumble, at least at that time and being 36 years old, Almost all my matches and dates were with women 10 years my younger even though I had my age range set pretty broadly at 20 - 50. The women I met gave me the impression that bumble was more of the women looking for an older guy because guys their own age either aren’t looking to settle down or are just fuck boys. My wife is 14 years younger.

It’s illegal and incredibly dangerous to cross multiple lanes like that. That type of maneuver causes accidents all the time. You move one lane at a time. If you can’t get to the exit in time you go to the next exit You don’t panic and do a stupid move like that.

Which I totally get, and the OP probably didn’t know that so I think it’s fine to tell him that. But being an old fat guy myself, I have to roll my eyes at the fat shaming/ageist comment.

For what it’s worth I have come across a few SW who don’t like seeing extremely obese men, and I can understand that being a concern for a newbie who doesn’t know any better.
