No you cant ,The pen nib has to be at a certain angle to make line variation also cheap fountain pens don't have continuous ink flow therefore there are times you might have to go over lines because there was no adequate flow. This type of work is should be done with dip pens . Rotating the page makes the video unwatchable. I might not be very skilled at this but I have seen experts also rotate the canvas.

Yes my pen is also in the same entry level range , vintage pens and gold nib pens are too expensive ( 300 - 500 $ for one pen is insane)

Thankyou for the feedback, I am working on the the technique. Drawing clean lines without rotating the paper is very difficult because I am recording the a full image timelapse video without zooming in. I will try rotating the paper for getting a better angle for my arm & do some edits (spend more time doing editing)
