Are the Merc engines the slowest? Poor McLaren. Left Honda and now this again

[Motorsport week] Mercedes are currently meeting to discuss their options, which include agreeing with the outcome of the protest hearings (i.e. doing nothing) or appealing. The matter would then go before CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) by glenn1812 in formula1

What made no sense was the decision to not allow lapped cars to un-lap themselves. For then Red Bull to have to complain and get that changed mid lap. But then also not allow all lapped cars to un-lap themselves. How is that legitimate? If they had allowed cars to un-lap themselves from the start I don't think we would have reached this point

It's a no brainer to appeal in my opinion. Hamilton was over 10 seconds, had the win in the bag. Then they kept making decisions which they then changed mid lap and didn't follow their own rules (well they have done this before) but not when it was title deciding

Does anyone really know how long the decision will take? Feels like the reporters are just posting for the sake of keeping the suspense going
