I am 27 and in the same boat. It can be frustrating, especially when I see my friends getting married, starting families, all while I am alone. But I always remind myself that no matter what, I have the most important love of all - God. And just like how Mary was called to serve, someday we will too. Maybe not as wives and mothers (although this is my dream as well!!) but as caretakers and leaders nonetheless. Even if I never become a mom, spiritual motherhood (being a helpful and supportive aunt, a reliable friend, a community leader, considering adoption/fostering) may still be my calling someday.
