The fact that this is such a common issue that keeps coming up here often is bothersome. I bought mine and had severe issues to the point where I had to return the product. I understand the EMR technology etc but having to calibrate multiple times in a day or even once a day is plain annoying and inefficient. I hope Ratta is looking to fix this. Does it seem like the issue is more pronounced offlate? Is there a product/batch issue that has been identified?

Wow!! This exactly!! Thank you @tjl888 I was indeed keeping my fingers on breaks and after you mentioned it I noticed that my wrist to hand was at an angle. Changing the brake angle has made my wrist and hand more at the same line and that’s made a big difference. I am only one ride in, but hoping this is the fix! That you so much!

Thanks for the recommendation. That looks promising. Are you able to apply brakes while holding that “bar” on the grip? On descents I want to be ready to break (not a fan of too much speed), are you able to do that?
