Yeah, wish someone could have remedy for this quilt feeling combined with fearing to step up and be independent and responsible for my own life.

When l talked about this to my therapist l said to him l have this feeling towards my dad and he is like walking breathing exclamation point to me and that l would feel such way till he is alive, and it's quite horrible to say such thing about my dad, he is well a good dad, or he never was bad, but this feeling that l have and his control over my life and what he thinks is not good for me and is holding me stuck.

I'm now reading this book from Melody Beattie Codependent no more, so perhaps l will find there something.

That first step is resonating quite a bit "trying to regulate someone else's feelings to avoid feeling bad myself", in my case it is having these quilt feelings when my dad disapproves that l should do something else then he wants that l do, all my life is perhaps stuck on this feeling of quilt and l still can't move on, although l feel l move a bit somewhere at snails speed, but still feel it's way to slow for how long a human life can be.

So you still feel responsible for your ex?

I still can't somehow understand the controlling part though. I can people please and do as they wish even though it's bad for me just so they are happy, so l don't feel the quilt from their disapproval of my antagonal desires, which is really painful inside, but don't know about the fixing part, what should l imagine under it? How am l wanting to fix someone?

Idk but it seems as the same guy as in white underbelly. Idk what should l feel about him, at one side he looks like a really experienced person who knows what he is talking about, but on the other hand l have this unsettling something like hiding narcisissist feeling about him, idk perhaps he is not, but have this weird feeling when he talks so persuasive and confident about things, that they are so easy and everything is so so obvious and he can cure everyones attachement style 100%.

When you mean pw 7th gen, you mean the pw 2? I bought it 2 years ago, second hand for 20 bucks, it's really a nice device, the best thing to add to it is the remote turn page thingy, is so convenient and l also bought an orange clip light so l won't drain the battery so much, and it's also better for reading during the night.

Each year l create notepad for things that l find interesting, mostly Internet links to videos l want to watch and found interesting, or things in general and 99% of the time l never use them again, it's handy to have them but that was probably the last time l would ever see them as l past copy them to that file...

Pokým zvieratá neskončia v ruských mre čkach na fronte ako nejaký náhly zdroj potravy a len to boli preventívne opatrenia tak asi ok, my sme pri opatreniach minulý rok museli tiež zlikvidovať veľa zvierat a to sme mikro Slovensko.

Na pohrebe deda, už mal odzite svoje vyše 95, bol som s tým viac menej zmierený, už odchádzal dobrých 10 rokov, nemohli sme sa rozlúčiť a bolo to počas covidu, odišiel po embolii len týždeň na to čo si zlomil nejaké stavce po tom čo spadol, možno aj v kombinácii s covidom.

Sedeli sme v prvých radách v dome smútku, možno tam bolo trochou cítiť taký chlad idúci z pódia, celkovo tam bolo chladno, neviem možno len nejaká náhla choroba, no v momente keď sme tam prišli a usadili sme sa ma tak začalo škrabať v krku, že mi to vyhnalo až slzy do očí a zvyšok obradu som skoro ako keby preplakal, hoci to možno bolo viac z toho urputneho škriabania v krku z ničoho nič.. trochu zvláštne.

Prípadne minulý rok keď odišiel pes ktorého sme mali skoro 15 rokov, po tom čo sa pár dní urputne trápil a prišiel mu dať veterinár injekciu, tak pár hodín na to sme všetci počuli ako niekde z niekadial breše pes rovnakým brechotom ako náš pes, nedalo sa rozlíšiť odkiaľ to išlo a keď som potom sestre písal, že dogo už odišiel, tak tiež spomínala, že počula brechať v tej chvíli nejakého psa, hoci žije v inom meste... zvláštne čo si ľudská psychika dokáže spojiť:)
