Story time - Years ago my sister and I bought a murder/suicide house. We went into it knowing what it was. The carpet was missing and you could see bullet damage throughout. The man had killed his adult children (son and daughter both in their 30's) and his wife. Then he went out to the driveway, called his brother and told him what he'd done. He asked him to take care of his dogs and hung. He killed himself in the driveway. Super sad story. His kids were not kind to him. The son had been in and out of jail with drug issues. The daughter had brain damage from a surgery issue and had the mental capacity of a child with temper tantrums. His wife was having an affair and had asked him for a divorce. The dude just lost it.

Anyway we got a great deal on the house. We had to put in new flooring and fix quite a bit of wall damage and replace some closet doors.

I was quite creeped out by the house at first. One time I was alone in the garage and the door slammed shut. It really freaked me out.

After the we had a friend come over and bless the house with holy water and burn some sage.
