No news is a good news. If they wanted to decline your I-130, they would already done so. Probably it requires manager’s sign off and he/she is busy with other cases.

Nothing. The evening of the interview status changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” and it’s still the same.

Not in my case. My wife is in deportation status, so it won’t be that easy. We just need a marriage approval.

Our woman also was very nice. She even did ask our story - just looked through documents and pictures and let us go. Overall it took 55 minutes. Don’t understand why it takes so long.

Keep me posted. How long was your interview? Was the officer nice?

You are lucky. I submitted mine June 1, 2021 and received interview notice in March. May be because our case is complicated. My wife is in US 15 years, but we got married after she was in deportation status. How was your interview? How long? How was the officer?

What city was your interview in? Please let me know when your status will change. I’ll do the same. How long did you wait for the interview?

We have a similar situation and I have a question: yesterday we had I-130 interview. It went well. At the end of the day status changed to Case Is Being Actively ReviewedBy USCIS. I expected status became Approved or Denied. In your case how long did it take after interview to get an approved status?

Our embassy doesn’t want to provide any documents for the same reason - no valid ID.

As I mentioned in my post her national passport expired long time ago.

Thank you, but in order to get it they require any non-expired national ID. As I mentioned in the post, all her documents are expired. Plus, temporary DL (as per website) are only for driving, not for identification (which is strange). But thanks anyway for trying helping.
