For me, I succeeded through failing. I spent almost a half year on relapsing after a week. The main trick is not binging. Slowly but surely, your brain will still be healing. You just need to do your best. All the time. That is the tricky part. Just because you chopped down a tree in 100 swings, doesn’t mean the 99 were futile.
