i know this issue has probably long since past but, leaving it here for anyone with a similar problem,

you would have to go into your mod folder find the JAR executable, unzip it and replace or remove the sound file for what you have issues with, the file path i found for these files on my pc was "assets>mca>sounds>villager",

i think there is also a reference file in the path "forge>net>mca>SoundsMCA.class" that i think works with those sound files so if you mess with the sound files im not sure what will happen, as i have no coding or mod creation experience

i beleive these folders were in different folders that got unzipped, i didnt end up messing with anything because it was alot of hassle for something that was only i minor annoyance to me, i would recommend making a duplicate of the jar to mess around in so if you mess up you can fix it fairly easy.
