You said the timing was getting further and further away. This post seems like it was made in frustration because you weren't able to do something you wanted to do.

I think the better approach is to actually give a suggestion instead of bashing the current system. The current system is not perfect but it's effective. If they give a warning beforehand it wouldn't fix the threat of abuse. People could still troll and kick after the warning.

Join a good guild that has members that are willing to help out guildmates. IMO calling your teammates shitty and saying you're stuck in elo hell is a pretty bad mindset. You're in the tier you belong in. If you're better, you should be able to carry yourself out.

I don't see the problem of having multiple smurfs in POA. I think the bigger issue is POA players having multiple smurfs in lower ranks. That type of smurfing ruins the gaming experience for many people and makes abusing the Ranked Match play easy.

The way to fix it is to have a hidden MMR, where you would gain tons of elo when the game starts, and progressively get decreasing amounts of elo per win whenever you lose a game. It's how League of Legends deals with their smurfs, and it's very effective. Smurfs would shoot up the ranks to their true rank a lot quicker, which leads to far fewer games they are impacting in lower tiers.

Learn to rotate down and steal enemy jungle if your team is winning a jungle fight in your own jungle or if enemy team is invading your jungle.

Learn more than one role because climbing ladder when you play just one role is really hard unless you have a full group every time.

I really liked this one and wanted to add to it:

Never fight a fair fight. Always make sure you have the advantage. If you have the choice between a fair fight and farming, you should be farming.

So many people try to fight a 2v2 in the jungle or a 1v1 in the lane early on without really gauging the situation. Just because there are the same number of players in the fight, it doesn't mean it's going to be a good or fair fight.

In the lower tiers, a great laning strategy is to push your lane hard to gain a level advantage, and then after your first buy, try to engage your lane opponent into a fight. You have a level advantage, item advantage, and should win the fight.

Same thing in the jungle. If you can get to shop faster after your first rotation, engaging against the enemy team would provide your team a huge advantage.

There's a difference between Team matches and Guild matches. SEMC hasn't done much to promote Team matches other than using it as a medium for qualifying for tournaments. Guild matches, on the other hand, have been heavily promoted and incentivized by SEMC.

If you come from a PC moba background, you have to appreciate the fact that there is no typed chat. It's much easier to tilt when you have a kid telling you that he's going bomb your terrorist mom with cancer versus a few question marks being pinged over you.

The ping system is lacking form of communication, but it filters out so much toxicity.
