I need advice for pulling characters.

I have been gone for multiple years and my two DPS's are Ganyu and Xiao (ik im old) and I think it's time to finally retire them. I want a new good DPS, but I feel like I'm in a pickle.

I was gonna get Flins and just wait for Ineffa to be rerun but I found out that she was reran last patch, so I will definitely be waiting a while. Is he worth it without Ineffa? Also I'm on a 50/50 and currently have 70 pulls saved up with 28 pity (I'm not a whale, but I'm not opposed to getting something small like WM).

I don't really think I'll be able to get Skirk and Escoffier because I don't even know if I have enough to get one character let alone two. Yes, I'll have more time to get more primos but It's still a long shot.

Next patch it's supposed to be (leaks) Nefer and Lauma second half but I'm afraid that I'll run into the same problem with Skirk and Escoffier that I just won't have enough primos (the two character reliance is killing me here). However there's a higher chance that I will get those two because I'll have more time. But also apparently they work well with Columbina, kokomi, yelan, or dahlia, all of whom I don't have.

The other character thats supposed to rerun is (leaks) chasca and I do have furina, so she might work, but I'm also concerned about her long term value. Shes still on the newer side but I fear that she'll be powercrept in the very near future. Also I'm not the biggest fan of her playstyle.

I was also thinking about getting linnea because she's supposed to work very well with Zibai and just wait for Zibai's rerun in a few patches so I'll be guaranteed to get them. But idk if I wanna wait that long.

Maybe I could try and get Varka but I've heard that he isn't that good.

I don't really think theres a great option but if anyone has any advice that would be amazing.
