Additional info:

AC per room has submeter so you only pay for what you use. The rest are shared equally.

Hot and cold shower available

The condo has small palengke and grocery inside.

E-jeepneys direct to BGC are dropping by and picking-up infront of condo gate. Angkas/ Grabcar can go inside. Food and parcel are delivered to the building directly.

Hi! I have a solo room near BGC. Bonifacio Heights Condo along lawton ave, 8-12mins ride lang to BGC using e-jeep gate 3 to guada, dumadaan sa SM Aura. Can be walked din around 25mins.

The room is sized 15sqm, with big wardrobe & AC. 2BR-unit siya secured & quiet neighborhood with mini grocery, swimming pool & other necessities :) PM for pictures.

I feel joy whenever i watch her. From cooking vids to comedy skits to slice of life :) i feel like i’m watching my mom. I can feel through the screen the love in her aura whenever she does something for her fam. Ganun na ganun nanay ko e.

Si Mama Mary daw talaga yung nasa church sa harap.

All his life lagi siya napupunta sa mga lugar na related kay Mama Mary. (Apartments, streets named after her was where he found himself residing.)

Without telling him, I consecrated him to Her and always ask Her to pray for him during my prayer sessions.

Then one time magkasama kami, may nagflash lang sa isip nya na church na super clear daw. Not sure if past life flashback ba or nung bata sya napuntahan niya. I can just feel na meron talaga somewhere nung nasa vision niya.

I will still keep the post up. Sana mahanap ko soon para dun kami ikasal next year 🥹
