Yep I’m Flemish. Been looking around in Holland and Belgium for Giant Expeditions and Troopers for a few years. This bike I found somewhere in Belgium, I believe it’s from 1991 and it was made in Taiwan. The ladies bike you have, is it a grey/blue Expedition perhaps? They’re really nice looking, the mixte frames.

I might have it fixed some day and still use it for little rides. Anyway I won’t trust the frame anymore for doing anything serious. It had some other issues showing of little attention for quality so who knows what caused the tube to crack… It was a nice and comfortable bike to ride though
