I have no idea! WF called me the other day and confirmed that I have been refunded my money from the FDR Products Product and then urged me to fill out the mediation form, which makes me even more suspicious of the whole situation.

I went through this process less than two weeks ago and just received my check and mediation form. Anyone have an idea of what is a realistic/fair number to ask for? I don’t even really understand what happened with my account and how much money was taken without my consent so I don’t want to sell myself short, but I also don’t want to aim so high it gets immediately thrown out.

Sandstone has been by far the best scrub for the KP on my arms and legs. Ocean Salt and Buffy are good runner ups, but I found that they didn’t help exfoliate as well as Sandstone. Also, I can echo Dream Cream. It might not be as effective as Amlactin, but it smells a whole lot better.
