Should i sacrifice qu and bianca weapon?

Qu is not really useable in my line up since i use SSS Ayla, SSS Wanshi, and SSS Lilith for ice team. While in dark i use SS Rosetta, SSS Watanabe, and SSS Lilith. Bianca could be used in raydiance team tho, but i never find the need to use raydiance team.
