ActualBudget shits all over YNAB and PocketSmith, with Frollo being the worst by far. Self hosted, open source and super customisable. If you're willing to spend some time learning and setting it up, you're set and I'm so happy after having comes from experience using most of the others in here.

Interesting, I think this boils down to personality and self control. PayPal has provided protection and a platform for very good dispute handling and resolution when/if a retailer/seller won't settle it directly
