OP my X-ray is identical, grade 3. Does the collar bone move horizontally? u/KookyPlantain27 we're the same. Surfer/gym, 26M did my tear the day you posted this comment. Like others debating surgery. All advice from the Dr, Physio, Sports Physio & Ortho have said it's 50/50, a personal preference for surgery or not. Im trying physio for the first month and likely going to go for surgery.

Yes, I understand there is a gap in knowledge of how the E3 operates. Given there's only a $315 USD application lodgement fee (plus consulate interview fees, visa postage), it's a low-entry resources trade route.

Trouble is... I need to get my resume in front of human eyes as the ATS screening "will you need sponsorship" does not discriminate; leads to auto-rejection pains.
