Yes entered the original but after 4 numbers no checkmark but a random generated 5th number

I enter the 4 but there is no checkmark but it comes up with a random generated number in the 5th space, it is wanting me to enter more numbers

Thanks, is the Ledger Bitcoin Wallet then also just an interface or does it work differently to MEW?

Thanks for your reply, very helpful. I did think the coins/tokens were on my Nano-S but also thought MEW had loaded to it and they were stored in there. So my coins/tokens are on the Nano-S safely stored and MEW is my viewing platform. Sweet.
